In July 2012, CATS Labour Hire was founded in response to growing demand from contractors in need of a quality workforce. CATS Labour Hire promptly won a contract on Sino Iron providing 15 skilled mechanical employee’s, proving ourselves to be preferred contractor. Due to rapid growth the business expanded to include another two companies, CATS Construction and CATS Fleet and Plant Hire, all three companies collectively make CATS Corporation.

Director Mike Keane has successfully built a leading multi-disciplinary services provider. In three years the corporation has grown tenfold and worked on the most prestigious projects in Western Australia.

We are fortunate enough to be undertaking some of the largest, most complex infrastructure projects in Australia, including, Sino Iron, Barrow Island, Roy Hill, MRWA & PTA upgrade. Applying our diverse range of capabilities we have delivered projects of huge variance, giving us the confidence to execute works of any size and complexity we continually develop all three businesses

Our Employees are at the helm of everything we do and our greatest asset. Recognizing the need to provide premier facilities, CATS have moved headquarters to 237 Bank Street, Welshpool. Our new premises accommodates the growing workforce and personnel to a high standard. Our enterprising team of Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, HR, Admin, and all Labour Hire personnel will be operating from these offices.
